Refund Policy
RETURNS:
At Las Tata Shop, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of every piece we create. Each product is a unique work of art, handmade with care and specifically tailored to your individual preferences.
Because of the highly personalized nature of our hand-making process, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for customized items. These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be resold to another customer.
Exceptions for Returns
We want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer general returns, we will gladly correct or replace an item if a mistake was made on our end. Return requests will only be considered in the following circumstances:

Spelling/Typo Errors: If the text on your product does not match the information provided in your original order.

Incorrect Design Details: If the color of the bedazzled elements or specific artistic details differs significantly from your order specifications.

Sizing Errors: If the final product does not match the requested size at checkout.
How to Request a Correction
If you believe there is a mistake with your order:

Please contact us at lastatashop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Include your order number and clear photos showing the error.

Once we verify that the mistake was made by our studio, we will provide instructions for the return and prioritize a replacement or correction for you at no additional cost.
A Friendly Reminder on Sizing
Since each pair is custom-made, we strongly encourage all customers to review our Size Chart carefully before placing an order. Ensuring the correct size is requested is the responsibility of the customer, as we cannot offer refunds for fit issues if the product matches the size ordered.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
SALE ITEMS:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
